Installation
- Download the installer for your OS from your account.
- Run the installer and follow its instructions. Exact locations and minimum system requirements will be published with the qualified release.
- Restart your music host and rescan its plugin list. AU is supported on macOS only.
- Open FrankenPiano and load your .fplicense file or paste the full license text.
I paid, but haven’t received a license.
Keep the success page open while payment is verified. Check your spam folder, then sign in using the email you entered at checkout. If your account remains empty, send support your provider order reference. Please do not buy again.
I lost my license file.
Sign in with your purchase email to copy it, save a new .fplicense file, or request another email.
My download link expired.
Sign in to your account for a fresh download link. Installer links expire after 10 minutes; email access links expire after 7 days.
Can I use FrankenPiano offline?
Yes. License verification is local. The opt-in update check can retrieve a signed version notice and revocation list; it is not required to verify your license.
What are the system requirements?
Final minimum OS, CPU, memory and tested host versions are pending release qualification. No compatibility claim is made until those checks are complete.
Can I request a refund?
Contact support with your purchase email and order reference. The refund policy is a draft awaiting owner/legal review. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Refunds and disputes revoke the associated license.
