Terms of sale
This is unfinished proposed text, not a reviewed legal policy. Seller address, applicable law, final license scope, consumer remedies and tax registrations remain to be confirmed before launch.
Product and price
FrankenPiano is a physically modeled concert grand piano plugin with intended macOS and Windows installers. The standard license price is $50 USD, paid once. No subscription is created. Card taxes, where enabled, appear at checkout; PayPal currently charges a fixed $50 USD. The seller must confirm supported jurisdictions and tax collection before launch.
Delivery and compatibility
After the provider confirms a completed payment, a signed license is made available on the success page and account portal and queued for email. Installer links require an active license and expire after ten minutes. Final system requirements, installer availability and qualified plugin formats must be published before release.
Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For immediate digital supply, checkout asks for prior express consent and acknowledgement, using an unchecked checkbox:
I expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once supply begins.
The consent and acknowledgement are included in the license email as a durable record, together with the order reference, time and consent version. The owner must have counsel review this wording and the delivery trigger. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
See the draft refund policy.
Terms that remain to be decided
Postal address, tax registrations, supported regions, voluntary refund policy, final EULA scope, dispute process, governing law and mandatory disclosures require owner/legal review. These drafts are not a representation that the store is ready for public sales.
Seller and contact
The proposed seller of record is Jeffrey Emanuel, selling directly through Stripe and PayPal. Business/postal address and jurisdiction: pending owner confirmation. Contact: support@frankenpiano.com.
