This is unfinished proposed text, not a reviewed legal policy. Seller address, applicable law, final license scope, consumer remedies and tax registrations remain to be confirmed before launch.
Requesting help or a refund
Contact the seller with your purchase email and provider order reference. A voluntary refund window has not been selected; this draft does not promise one or purport to eliminate statutory remedies. Please contact support before making a second purchase if your first payment has not been fulfilled.
After a refund or dispute
A refund or payment dispute revokes the associated license and access to new downloads. This does not determine or remove any statutory consumer remedy.
Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For immediate digital supply, checkout asks for prior express consent and acknowledgement, using an unchecked checkbox:
I expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once supply begins.
The consent and acknowledgement are included in the license email as a durable record, together with the order reference, time and consent version. The owner must have counsel review this wording and the delivery trigger. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
