Privacy policy

Purchase and account information

We process the name and email you provide at checkout, payment references and status, consent time and version, issued licenses, and delivery records to complete your purchase and provide account access. Your license contains your name and email; keep it private.

Payment and infrastructure providers

Stripe and PayPal process payments. Supabase provides Postgres storage and magic-link authentication. Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare R2 stores installers, and Resend delivers license emails. Full card details remain with the payment provider.

Download and update information

Download records store the artifact, license id, timestamp and a salted SHA-256 hash of the requesting IP address. We do not store a raw IP in download_events. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own access logs. The plugin’s update check is opt-in and retrieves signed version and revocation information; offline license verification does not require it.

Cookies and marketing

Authentication cookies and a purchase access cookie are used for account and download access. No marketing subscription is included in a purchase. Any future marketing consent must be separate and optional.

Retention, transfers and rights

Retention periods, deletion procedures, legal bases, international-transfer safeguards and any required EU representative remain to be confirmed. Applicable tax rules may require keeping certain records for ten years. Contact the seller to request access, correction or deletion, subject to mandatory recordkeeping. Counsel must review GDPR and other applicable obligations before launch.
